At my age 23 to 28, daily i ran for about 3 km (no proper shoes). now my age 34. recently i played cricket, settle and kabadi after long time. It's happened 7 months back, i consulted doctor and used medicines but if i run for ever 1 km, iam getting little bit knee pain and i would like to skip & run daily with out little bit pain. please suggest.
