I am upsc Aspirant and I generally much active person I did running for 6 months 3 km daily on trademill June 2019 to December 2019 after that I feel pain in my left knee while running then I stop running now in June 2020 I started running then I still feel the pain in same knee then I consult to doctor and got x ray and MRI of my knee
Due to this I am very much depressed

You are having this pain due to weakness of hip muscles. While running this hip muscles exert more loads on the inner knee and rotational stress thereby creating stress on ACL. The weakness is secondary to your sitting habits of using that leg crossed or too much pressure while sitting or standing.
