Hi. Your pain is basically a post exercise strain pain. Whenever you take a break from exercises never start with long walks. Go slowly. Since body is not used to the level of exertion it will give you such kinds of pain. Use ice pack and do light stretching for leg muscles your pain should come down.
Health Tips
Never overdo after a break on first day. Go slow. Body will slowly get adapted to the level of exercise then increase the time and speed.
