While playing football i get injured in my right leg below the knee ...in last 4 month i have some pain but due to again injured in same area i have a pain ... It has some swallowing. And pain is only in swollen area

Consult with an orthopaedician. It could be a muscle tear or ligament injury. Till then u can apply cold pack to relieve ur pain.
