I have pain in sole when i walk,when i am sitting or lying dwn there is no pain at all,only when i start to walk the sole pains in the area an inch below my 3rd and 4th toe,it has been 4 days,no history of injury.
There is no swelling.

As per the symptoms described it may be Morton's neuroma. Check out your uric acid level also it may be the other reason. Change your footwear to soft padded one and with an arch support. do not wear high-heeled or narrow pointed shoes. Consult a physiotherapist for proper evaluation and foot intrinsic muscle Exercises.
