Usually uric acid levels and your problem is not related to each other.... maintain your uric acid levels by avoiding foods like dairy products, red meat ..take fruits ,dry fruits, eggs etc.. that'll lower the uric acid levels..avoid protein food...the above mentioned problem is due to tightening of band in sole of foot...
Next Steps
do hot water fomentation ( rock salt) daily twice minimum ... take pain killer ultracet along with pantop on empty stomach if necessary.. don't take pain killer more than twice a day...change life style modifications
Health Tips
use MCR chappals or shoes available in surgical shops now a days according to your size

Looks like you have two conditions presenting at the same time. Pain after you get up and start walking is usually related to tightness of a band in the sole of your feet..This can be managed very easily with simple exercises and physiotherapy.. Uric acid levels are on higher side.. Though not related to above problem , keep those levels under control so that other joint problems are kept at bay!
