Pain in the heel
I am having a terrible pain in the heel!! Should I consult a orthopedic or physiotherapist.. The pain is right below the heel bone...

The complaints you are describing is related to plantar fascists. You should consult orthopedic doctor and get initial treatment and later on with exercises

Heel pain is mainly due to planter facilities or tightening of calf muscle, it my suggestion stretch ur hamstring and calf muscle, they decrease ur hill pain, and also consult ortho and physio doctor..
