Lower back pain, knee pain and solepain
I have lower back pain. for few months i have knee pain also and whenever i walk more than regular i do or sometimes when i work in the kitchen my sole gets paining.my legs are rickets affected. knees are bent inside.and my sole has flat structure.

You yourself have given the answer. Foot, knee hip and back all are connected together biomechanically. A faulty structure at one area can cause pain in other. Get a sole raise fixed on your footwear from any footwear shop to get proper curvature of foot. You also need to do a lot of knee strengthening exercises. I think correcting leg problems will minimise your backpain
