Hi,
I have been suffering from pain in my left bicep since last 2months. I have developed this pain during my workout my chin up work out in gym.. Since then I have been having this pain.. I had problem working out my arms bcoz of this.. I had stopped working out from last 15days but my bicep still hurts.. Specially when I try to lift/pull something with pressure from left hand..
