Bone & Muscle problems

Does femur bone grafting and nailing is really effective for facture healing..what is the union rate after bone grafting in femur ? Please let me know .I'm worried about my facture

2 years back I joined gym, and there I lifted some weights, after that I had some pain in my chest, I thought it was due to the muscles tearing. But I have that pain till now, I have stopped going to gym as well. It's like when I keep my see above and press my chest there is no pain and then when I look down and press my chest again, I can feel the pain. Is it because of some muscle contraction or is it related to some bone.

Yesterday I was feeling very heavy dizziness doc advice to have x ray . I have attached it please check.

My vitamin d is 8.19 ng/ml , I am eating a lot but still not gaining muscles and weight and good physique, does it Linked to this severe vitamin d deficiency

While playing cricket I had an avulsion fracture...in xray there are 2 small flakes of bone which have come just wanted to know is surgery required. And if yes will it be major or just some minor surgery

I was playing cricket and i took a shot. Suddenly i heard a cracking sound from my shoulder and it starts paining. After reaching home i slept for a few hours but when i woke up it is paining and feeling discomfort

I have facing neck and shoulder pain since three years, now last four month this pain is increase. I am work on siting  long hours on laptop work . Last three to four days my hand fingers and sole foot also numbing and pain. Below is xray report dated 05.05.2023 / DIGITAL X RAY CERVICAL SPINE- (AP, LAT) Bone density is mildly reduced. Vertebral bodies are normal in height with straightening of spine. Spondylotic changes are seen in the form of osteophytes. Intervertebral disc spaces are normal. Pedicles appear normal. No abnormal pre or paravertebral soft tissue shadows seen. No cervical rib seen. /

I have been feeling cracking and popping sounds from the keen for years. There is no pain and swelling but sounds. In the my recent report vid D is 99, B12 174 and Uric acid is 7.6 rest all good. I am from Delhi and looking for a best answer pertaining to the issue. Kindly advise.

Hi , I have attached my MRI .Please suggest what I need to . OBSERVATION: High grade partial tear of foveal attachment site of TFCC and low grade partial tear of styloid attachment site and ulna meniscal homologue. Partial tear of ulnar collateral ligament at styloid attachment site. Mild intercarpal and distal radio ulnar joint effusion. Bones appear osteopenic around the wrist joint.

She have a gap in hip joint ,what's the treatment and any suggestions.do i need to worry ? please suggest
