Sir/mam मेरे बांए पैर के घुटने में एक हड्डी नॉर्मल से कुछ ज्यादा ही निकली हुई है जिसकी वजह से घुटने के बल बैठने में प्रॉब्लम होती है , लेकिन वैसे उसमे कोई दर्द नही रहता । लेकिन पटेला के just ऊपर right side हमेशा हल्का दर्द बना रहता है। और बीच बीच में वो दर्द कुछ दिन ज्यादा भी हो जाता है। और ऐसा चार या पांच साल से है मुझे confirm नही है। कृपया सही सलाह दे की मुझे क्या करना चाहिए।red circle मे हड्डी बाहर निकली है और yellow मे pain रहता है

Met with left leg ankel twist on 31st May 23. Under plaster for 26 days. Still pain and swelling is there. When in sleep condition no issue other than mild pain. On walk, car drive etc pain and swelling increases. Unable to stand on the left leg even for 10 sec. Plz guide what to do.

I went to gym for 3 months. I had a heavy workout in threadmill. Once I stopped gym I faced a heavy pain in my left hip, knee and ankle bone.After a month I visited orthopedic doctor. He said my Synovial fluid got reduced and he prescribed aceclofenac tablet for 15days.He suggested me not to sit on the floor and should not fold your legs. My BMI is normal. My questions 1.Once if synovial fluid is reduced whether the body can produce it again or not? 2.Can I increase my synovial fluid naturally? 3.what is the use of the tablet and side effects? 4.Can I go to gym again?

Some times I get numbness after long stting on chair . Recently my B12 level reduced to 157 and Vitamin D3 level is 28.9 .I consulted an orthopaedic doctor.He advised me to take injection of Vit D and nurokind OD tablet for Vitamin B12 deficiency.How many times I have to take Vit D injection and after what interval ??How long I have to eat nurokind OD?

My 6 mth old son is on clubfoot shoes after casting. I m finding very difficult to maintain the position of his ankle straight in the bottom of the shoes. My father aged about 63 got sudden ankle joint pain 2 days back and consulted a orthopedist. He gave for ESR, Uric acid and CRP test and the results are ESR - 32, Uric acid serum - 8.7 and CRP - 20.2. Please let me know what does it indicate and what needs to be done. Thanks.
