After spine surgery how much safe screw in spine ,will screw get loose...then how long can survive with screw and can work or not ..

I have ankle fracture and my doctor told fracture is healed walk with full weight but while walking with full weight I am getting severe pain in my heel area and again I consulted my doctor and again he is saying walk with partial weight bearing is he right? How many days required to walk with full weight from non weight bearing. Can I suddenly jump from non weight bearing to full weight bearing I have limited range of motion can I walk without pain with limited ROM.

I played football yesterday, at one moment it pained a lot under the ribs. I think that was a diapharm. Today, I am having pain under the right rib whenever I do some moment. Please tell me why this has happened.
