Bone & Muscle problems

My mother is having pain in knees. Can't walk properly from 2 months. Xray showed that Greece in their knees is reducing. She can't take pain killers because she has donated her kidney 30 years back. Not sure that allows her the surgery for knee replacement. Please suggest

Respected sir/ma'am, I have been experiencing a sharp pain in my right wrist and feels radiating upward. The pain feels muscle being pulled from inside pins and needles type sensation. How long blunt injury in chest take to heal.I got hit from sharp table three months ago .Even after three months area is tender.There is some swelling on top of ribs maybe posterium injury or Bruised rib or intercostal Muscles injury or nerve injury.X Ray is totally normal and there is no crack visible.Blood clot faded to light brown after one month. Will it take six months to heal ? I am taking homeopathic treatment and breathing excercise but every now and than that injury start paining like sting or some itching or something.One doctor said we can do CT Scan but in afraid of those harmful rays I didn't took.The Bruise now is little bit light brown and hardly visible.
