Bone & Muscle problems

Hi i am 37 yr old. Now a days i feel pain in my both knees which I never feel before. Pain is like when I put pressure in my knees then only I feel pain. In normal while walking or sleeping or standing I don't feel any pain. What is this why it's happening. Kindlly suggest

Since last day I'm having a pain in my shoulders and upper arm muscles but feeling weakness in hands and whole arms.Headache is also there.This has been happening since I put the bag on my shoulders day before yesterday. What should I do? What are reasons behind the pain?

I'm having back pain since 4 days now. Back pain was not an issue before.it started of post my delivery.back pain is so much I'm unable to lift anything even my baby.help needed.

How long it takes to cure completely from knee joint effusion caused by infection. Its been 2.5 months and even after medication still not recovered completely. Though the swelling has gone but still there is tension in knee area.

Three months ago my ankle was fractured now it is completely healed, my doctor restricted weight two weeks followed by  full weight bearing but while walking with full weight my heel is so painful.so could you kindly advise me.i started physio also I got around 70% range of motion.

IMPRESSION-  Straightening of the cervical spine, likely to be due to paraspinal muscle spasm.  Early changes of cervical spondylosis.  Circumferential posterior disc bulge with posterocentral protrusion and peridiscal osteophytes at C3-C4 level indenting the anterior subarachnoid space, ventral surface of spinal cord without significant neural foraminal narrowing or nerve root compression.  Mild posterior disc bulge at C4-C5 level slightly indenting the anterior subarachnoid space without significant neural foraminal narrowing or nerve root compression.
