Is there any solution of knock knees Any yoga or diet or exercise which reduces knock knees except surgery

My mom is having swelling on her knee(as shown in picture) since 2 days. What can be the reason for this?

I had neck femur fracture during running with lots of pain and then fall on road.what is the reason behind this?

I had open compound fracture almost 11months back, and now while climbing stairs iam having pain at the fracture area while walking there is no pain but on climbing stairs it starts pain . Hey doctors , I started getting bow legs from the age of 16 years , I'm 19 now , I'm having problems because of bow legs , my social life is getting disturbed, although I don't have any pain in my legs but sometimes I feel less balanced , I can also feel some stress in my ankels , is there any method to cure them and  does those methods have side effects

The knee problem is there since 6-7 years and doctors said that I'm growing that's why my knee gets slightly misplaced when I'm doing some physical activities, but recently the problem has increased . I believe my right leg is longer than the left one which is causing friction in my cartilage , tell me some way to check if this is the problem

I suffer from pain in shoulder, which goes along the neck to back of thr head. All this is only on right side. It used to be on both sides earlier( few years back). But since last couple of years it's always only on the right side. It happens after every few days. Kindly suggest some diagnosis. Sometimes when I massage my shoulders with my hands, then there is sone sound in right ear too (this doesn't happen everytime). Massaging shoulders or pulling the hair on right back of the head gives a lot of momentary relief.
