Does Vitamin D or D2 deficiency has anything to do with dizziness? Can you please suggest a healthy diet for increasing Vitamin D or D2.

H/o fall 2 times in March 23, age 60 yrs female, since then pain and swelling in knee and thigh.  restricted walk only her daily work . Took all the medicines , fomentation but nothing works as expected. Please guide me with your expert advice. IMPRESSION: MR Imaging reveals joint effusion with: *O.A changes tibio-femoral compartment with grade IV chondromalacia patellae. *Degenerative horizontal tear posterior horn and body of medial meniscus. •Early myxoid degeneration in lateral meniscus. Myxoid degeneration in ACL and PCL. *Degenerative bone marrow edema in tibiofemoral bony margins. TIA.

कुछ दिन पहले चलते वक्त पैर मुड़ा और मोच आ गयी दर्द तो बहुत दे रहा था लेकिन गर्म पानी से सेंकने से दर्द से थोड़ा राहत मिला पर पैर मेरा अभी-भी फुला हुआ जैसा लगता है और अंदरूनी दर्द भी होता है कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें मेरा।

From last 5 years when I sit down at indian toilet after 10 minutes of toilet I feel pain in right knee, but after 30 minutes my knee was normal. But from 3 months there is always irritating sensation in my right knee. If I pressure my knee then I am feeling some pain. What should I do? Can I get permanent solution? 2 years back I joined gym, and there I lifted some weights, after that I had some pain in my chest, I thought it was due to the muscles tearing. But I have that pain till now, I have stopped going to gym as well. It's like when I keep my see above and press my chest there is no pain and then when I look down and press my chest again, I can feel the pain. Is it because of some muscle contraction or is it related to some bone.
