A few days ago in an accident, a small piece of my elbow bone was broken and separated and the mussels was also removed at that place. The doctor is asking for an operation. I also send x - ray plz ans?

I had neck pain for 2 years, when it got worse i got a test done. It shows cervical radiculopathy said by my doctor. I had radiating pain in my right arm for 7-8 months and am experiencing neck pain and numbness,extreme weakness of the arm, shooting pain, tingling, needle-like pain on the shoulder arm and fingers and now it started on the left side too. I've done physiotherapy for 3 weeks with medication but no improvement. Please suggest something to resolve my situation.
