Hello Doctors, please find attached the MRI spine findings of my 80 years old mother. She is having a lump in her spine and feels problem while sitting. Please advise 🙏🏿

I'm getting a severe headache with neck pain while sleeping from 2 days.Shoulder pain is also there.It is happening after continuous writing for 3 hrs in exam. In which position should I sleep? Is it cervical pain? Can I take paracetamol for severe headache?

I m suffering from piriformis syndrome.I noticed my urine become coloured when my pain comes.is it due to piriformis syndrome?

Got the foot twisted while walking in night and then kept sitting for almost one hour. There was no pain at that time. But immediately after that when my mother started walking, she could barely walk and is having lot of pain. Not able to keep her foot on the floor

From few days I am feeling pain in my heel with bum like appear which on pressing like bubble film and having get dissolve and reappear (photo attached) please advise.

1. Did full body test and took vit B29 and D3 injections -- no results 2. Did Xray -- found no issues 3. Had medicines -- no results I still have pain in my knees. I can't stand for long or even squat.

Can i take complete bed rest for grade2 ligament tear.. it is 3 weeks since i started treatment.. even now i have pain surrounding.. dr. Had suggested 8 weeks to wait.. im using ankle binder while using rest room. Apart from that im taking bed rest.. will this help in healing process

Sir / Madam, I faced an accident & injured my right knee a month back. The doctor did only x-ray & physical checkup & said it's minor ligament injury & suggested some medicine (Tendosan3, Reunion, Crocin) & rest for 30 days with no plaster or crepe bandage. 30 DAYS AFTER THE ACCIDENT when the symptoms didn't go better, I was asked for MRI which suggests - 1) UNDISPLACED FRACTURE OF THE FIBULAR HEAD WITH ADJACENT MARROW EDEMA 2) MILD JOINT EFFUSION & PRE-PATELAR SOFT TISSUE EDEMA (Paper Report attached). The doctor now suggested a long knee brace for 3 weeks. As it has been almost 4 weeks I was without any plaster or bandage, will my bones heal now? Will it create any complications in the future? Please respond & oblige me. The other day I heard a patient having fracture after an accident developed bone cancer & expired because his treatment didn't go well though I don't know the entire history. I'm highly worried that my treatment went so late. Regards & many thanks 🙏

My mother is suffering from osteoarthritis since 2011. She is also patient of chronic kidney disease and parkinson's. From last 15 days she is suffering from severe knee pain with extreme difficulty in walk. Here are xrays.

I have severe right knee pain . The pain increases when I stand and do exercise . It feels better when I rest . There is no redness but it is swelled a little. I cannot fold my knee completely and sometimes it gets locked. Walking makes the knee free but the pain increases on walking . . Is it gout or osteoarthritis?? ? Please help me out . The knee pain gradually became worse.
