Only during back pain duration we should not wear high heel sandal ? I mean if someone get back pain some time . So only in that period of back pain must not wear high heel sandal . or if any time we had back pain . so we Should never wear high heel sandal ?

I done surgery for ankle bone fracture last month 27th its around 4 weeks now again they put plaster cast for 12 more days it's really very tight I couldn't tollarate pls help me here is this really needed?

In which type of back pain high heel sandal is not allowed . i mean in lower back pain ? Or in middle back pain ?

MRI Report At C5/6 level, there is a small left foraminal protrusion indenting on the anterior theca and causing left mild neural foraminal stenosis. At L3/4 level there is posterior annular bulge indenting on the anterior theca and causing mild neural foraminal stenosis. At L4/5 level there is posterior annular bulge with posterior annular tear indenting on the anterior theca and causing bilateral moderate neural foraminal stenosis (left > right). At L5/S1 level there is posterior annular bulge indenting on the anterior theca and causing bilateral no significant neural foraminal stenosis. I am not having any neck or lower back pain but only pain in my arms on and off mostly on the left side. And also burning sensation in wrist and hands please help is the surgery only option left for me??

Does herinated disc shrink and heal on its own with physical exercises on? Does canal stenosis improve onces disc shrink? Have mild canal stenosis at l4-l5 7mm. Need to know this please help. Taken ozone injection recently and no pain or radicular symptom.
