Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I am 33 year old female working in corporate. Had history of l4-l5 disc herination at age of 17 and got relapse 5 months back and again having same symptoms. When i sit the disc comes out making it difficult to walk for me. Even while sitting can feel the strech of the nerve from lumbar to left side pelvic. Having been doing extension and rest since 15 days but still same story as soon as i sit for 5 mins. What to do?

I have a weak bones as in report attached and I am taking osteoporosis tablet week once please suggest me can i do jogging and stretches immediately after taking medicine Regards

Hi All. I started my diet last month and started going to the gym to do some cardio and strength training. During my cardio workout I twisted my knee after that I stopped going to the gym. My trainer said I have to do more workouts so that pain can be adapted. The pain is sometimes tissue related sometimes bone related. I have used a few ointments to ease the pain but still no go. But when I walk and stand it's normal. What do you suggest.

My x ray shows early anterior osteophyte at C5 and C6 levels what are the precautions I should take and what medication should I take to prevent it.

My father is Suffering from immense right Shoulder pain and unable to move his right hand. its more of a like unable to lift his right hand. 6mnths back he fell off on road and got hurt om his shoulder The pain was there but gradually went off. I went through an accident on 5 nov 2022 and had surgery with tense nailing . But after 4 months the nail started bending and leg deformed. After i went through 2nd surgery with intramedullary interlocking titanium rod. Now i am sharing my latest xray please tell me about recovery, doctor has not done dynamisation . Can i walk with stick now? Please tell me how much % my bone united . And how much time will i need more . Currently walking with walker.

I recently taken surgery of k wire for fixation of my bone but my bone is not fix after k wire treatment so what can I do
