Bone & Muscle problems

I mostly feel pain in my leg lower side after returning from work. I am feeling sleepy yet I sleep 7 hrs a day .

My son is 3.3 years old. He has plaster in hand from last 3 weeks. May i know how much time plaster will in his hand. How much time in his recovery. Please please suggest.

Respected doctor, please suggest sole type or any brand slippers for daily use for someone with heel pain or neuropathy? Thanks .. been using normal slippers but no comfort, instead end up with hard soles eventually

I have started going to gym since last 6 months. I have a fat lump on my right fore arm. 3 days back while done bicep excercise with weights, I felt pain in the the arm around that fat lump. Since that day I have pain in the arm. But when I press the arm don't feel the pain as such or there is no swelling but can feel the muscle pain in general.

Hi I'm a dialysis patient past 7 years ,having dialysis 3 times a week . Normally i only sit for about 2 or 3 hrs a day rest of the day I only sleep Cannot walk properly. Recently I have a very bad back pain In my hip region Started with right hip pain after 2 days it's even in left and the spinal also pains More like muscle pain But sometimes I get dizziness when I walk . Is this. A major issue . Should I meet a doctor , if so which doctor..

I met with an accident a month ago, it was a deep laceration- aluminium door sheets went into the left ring finger, one inch from my nail bed, Lot of bleeding went to the nearest clinic and they gave me a TT shot and used peroxide,betadine and dressed the wound, it healed well and closed but now it looks like it's inflammed- it's red, swollen and it's still so painful and i cannot bend that finger, what do i do? And do i have to visit an ortho specialist/ GP?

I accidentally Stuck my lower part of knee in table while walking, now pain did not occur at that time it occurs when i try to sit on my legs in squat position and then standing up it feels like it is stretched and then after standing its fine again, no pain in walking or standing up or even folding the knee, it only hurts when it is folded with weight on it like siiting on legs or climbing stairs

Need to know can we use the ice pack over the fibre plaster applied on leg? will it help in reducing swelling?

I have flat feet and at times I feel pain/stress in my heels. I have also started observing some discomfort from the feet up which somehow i feel is caused by my flat feet and stressed heels. Can I buy arch supports online from amazon/flipkart etc? Or should I go see a doctor about this first? Does arch support help correct the shape of the arch?

When I sit for too long my thigh muscles feel stretched and it pains a lot. I think sitting everyday for long hours like this have damaged the muscles. Please tell me how to cure this and prevent pain. And please tell the treatment and suggestions only. Don't ask me to connect or consult etc. If I want to consult, I myself will consult.
