Can u please tell me how much success rate for l4-5 disc surgery.. please reply..i am having only pain in leg but not any weakness in leg...i m scared to do surgery.. please let me know if anyone doing surgery how much success rate..

I got ligament tear before one month.. but now only i started getting treatment.. so far i thought it was normal pain and was using oinment in home... now only dr. Told i should use grip band for 3 to 6 weeks for complete cure.. Im mom of two babies need to do lots of house hold work.. can i do normal house hold chores by wearing grip band.. im in 2nd floor too... can i give hot towel compress...

My friend(male-28years)had twisted his ankle yesterday and after that his ankle joint got swell and he had severe pain in his ankle. He also got a X-ray for that I am also attaching the image. But everything looks fine in the X-ray no sign of any crack or fracture, still he has lot of pain in his ankle and not able to walk. He is applying ointment on it but please help us and suggest what to do now, should we wait for some days so that swelling will go or should we go to a orthopaedic? Please help.

I have had knee pain for more than a year, and the doctor told me to take rejoint new medicine twice a day...but did not tell me what the problem was. Can you please tell me For which problem this medicine should be used ?

I just want to ask i had a minor hairline crack for which i was plaster for 10 days..there is little swelling and slight pain nw how long will it take to return to normal hand movements And shud i apply ice pack on it

My both legs have flat foot( pronation) then why my right foot paining( include groin or knee,but mostly palm of foot) after some walk not other .

I am facing stiffness in my left arm there is no pain bur yes sometimes there is stiffness present Left arm yes it is also sometimes feel in right arm also but majorly left arm . when I move I feel good and if I press my shoulder or if I put my left hand over my hand then alao the situation went back to normal but after sometime same things again happening with me . I am having ro much anxiety now .

Is there any way to increase 3inch height for 27 age guy other than surgery. currently 5'2 where the parents are also in same range.
