Bone & Muscle problems

I have knock knee my knee touches little in standing position i want to join defance and it becoming a barrier for me . IS IT POSSIBLE TO CURE KNOCK KNEE AT HOME? which exercises AND diet  i should follow to cure this ? i am always been skinny and i never did any kind of physical activity ( any sports) only sitting or laying on bed everytime . WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

I met with an accident and had D11 D12 compression  fracture (30% mild wedge) & L5-S1 disc bulge. I am under 6 weeks bed rest. After completing bed rest what are the precautions should I take? And in future with these fractures will i have any complications like sciatica or any type of pains.What care should I take after getting up please suggest and please tell the future complications if any are there.

Hii i am 20 years old girl and i have coccyx from many years. I had always pain in my tailbone during sitting and it was very straight and always feels outward to me. But today i fall from stairs and got injury on my tailbone and had so much pain now.. Can't sit, stand or lean. I already took painkillers but doesn't feel relax. What to do now?

During lockdown I started having anxiety issues. 2021 I took full body test and it was normal. But then and there I get frequent anxiety symptoms and panic attacks. Recently I'm having issues like chronic lightheadedness and balance issue while walking. I also have knee pain which is severe if I walk for some distance. Please let me know if this is serious.

There no physical impact or any injury on my back nor at my tail bone or at any other part of my hip area or in body.but,I fell the pain on my butt (below the tail bone) when I sit on my butt or try to get up from chair/sofa. I'm unable to sit comfortably and get up. I have no other symptoms or health issue.
