Avoid prolonged neck bending and continuous work with neck in same position, like table work in office, driving, continuous tv or phone watching.      While sleeping, avoid pillow under head. Instead, keep a small cushion type thing under the neck only, of sufficient firmness and thickness, so that u have a feel that it is pressing your neck and u are feeling good.    Take enzoheal D, after breakfast and dinner, with pantop dsr before breakfast.
