Bone & Muscle problems

My dr. Took these tests.. I was also having viral fever high temperature while taking the test.. now fever has gone. Apart from that is there anything to worry about..

I am having knee pain and swelling along with stifness. What test should I do ?.x ray or uric acid .

Two years back ,During the work , my back was tightened , I couldn't stand properly . Then I took MRI , later I continued my work for 2 years with nominal pain , but now I feel pain while sleeping. I can walk properly and I feel pain at left leg thumb . I feel like my condition is getting severe , can you suggest me for further treatment I am attaching earlier MRI report.

I met an accident on April 15th and my forearm broken,it seem decaying in union of bones .Can you suggest me the better treatment for the above.

The condition is the same she can walk and do everything for a while Later she hits with hard pain. Will a heating pad or massager or what else will help in temporary pain relief? Which one will be better or suggested to use for the knee, leg, shoulder, or  Spine?
