Bone & Muscle problems

From today morning after i got up, muscle at my  inner side of right thigh is paining and throbbing . Its paining like pulsing and beating sensation only when i sit down and rest for while. Pain starts from middle of inner side and goes down till knee. What could be the reason for sudden pain and its treatment? Note - i go out for morning walk around 7 kms for  3-4 days a week.

I had fractured a bone in my feet on April 5..Plaster was done and plaster was there for 1 month...But till now I have tenderness in that area and feel pain while touching...No swelling and no other complication..plz give some advice ,how to heal the tenderness..

I am 35, male. I have recently started noticing pain in both my knees while climbing stairs, not otherwise.

Did l4-5 cause front thaise pain .i was having pain one leg since last year..but at the time of starting i was having from buttock back to leg...but now i m having pain in front thaise and down leg...l4-5 canal space 7.5 mm..compresing right nerve diffuse posterior bulge.. i was having front thaise since december 2022 then i took new mri to check whether i have another problm...but result came same that l4-5 disc bulge only...i have attched  that report ( 2 reports)

I was facing severe pain for 14 days radiating from buttock ,thigh and leg... No anti-inflammatory drugs worked...i consulted a neurologist and then he prescribed PREGABALIN 75mg for 1 month... Suddenly the pain resolveed after 2 weeks . And now I can walk ,sit ,and sleep with comfortableness.. SLR test is negative. Only there is discomfort in little in fingers of leg ...no weakness ,no numbness... How many it will take to clear...for annular tear and disc bulge?

Hi there...My name is Ajay Tiwari and i had my High tibial osteotomy for both legs with implants & screws on 10/06/2023. From the next day i started going to washroom by using walkers as adviced my surgeon Mr. DP Sharma from Bone hospital Agra, it's been 12 days I'much comfortable with the surgery and my both legs are healing well and with the daily exercise I'm recovering fast and bend my knees fully with small pain...may i know after how many more days i can start bearing full load or start walking without crunches/start using indian toilet? Checked on Google it's showing after 3 weeks it's safe to bear weight and Stop using walkers...i will be much obliged to Practo consultant Doctors if someone can suggest me a clear and safe path to recovery...my age is 29 year old in actual. My height is 5'7, weight is 79 Kgs, BMI is 27. I want to reduce the weight and start weight losing exercise as the goal is 65 KGs. Please suggest me Doctors!

I am in Germany and have right neck , ear and throat pian due to Sternocleidomastoid syndrome. I have visited ENT and they said it's muscle problem and then visited ortho here and they said that Sternocleidomastoid syndrome. Am not getting proper medicine here . Pls suggest some good medicine so that I can ask my friend to bring from India

Can arnica gel speed up healing speed of chest contusion. My bruise has faded to pink scar kind of skin but still I am facing pain. I can see arnica gel recommended to speed up healing as it increases blood circulation. Will using this cause any side effects. As of now I am using brugel.
