Little finger injury
Hi I hit my leg in the table few hours ago, it got swelled like this now, I am leaving for vacation tomorrow morning what do I do now.

There is a possibility of fracture in the toe causing pain and swelling.
Next Steps
It would be better to apply crepe bandage, start ice fomentation,  keep the limb elevated over a pillow. Take analgesic and anti inflammatory medicine.  If pain doesn't settle down, you can get X ray of Foot - AP/Oblique view to confirm if there is any fracture.
