Small finger swelled
Hi, My left finger of feet has swelled and I'm not able to got to gym (Not able to wear shoes). This was because of the the finger hits the edge of a iron cot before 3 weeks. I thought this is a normal pain and will get cure after few days. Its been 3weeks almost. Swelling and pain are not gone. Even with that pain, I'm wearing shoes everyday (Not much pain cause I have broad width shoes). Now I'm afraid that this pain not gone even after long time like 3weeks. And wearing shoes will get me into another trouble. Please suggest me if I need any treatment

Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Hello there...well 3 weeks is a long time for pain to be present...you should immediately visit a orthopadecian/musculoskeletal physio for assessment....most likely a blunt injury with or without fracture may result in swelling....for the time being dont wear shoes.
Next Steps
xray is necessary to rule out fracture.
Health Tips
Wear sandals which will keep your fingers open also dont apply heat or diclofinac based ointments as it might increase swelling.

Plz visit a physiotherapist near by and have proper checkup , u will find proper treatment there, it may be localised infection by nail, or a soft tissue injury, or may be hairline fracture
