Bone & Muscle problems

I have got this de quervains tenosynovitis left hand thumb and wrist is paining if stretching.. Also consult with orthopedic doctor. They given me medicine after 8 days checked by doctor and again called after 8 days and told if pain is not solved steroid injection will b given. Instead of injection Or operation any other solution is der for this problem.. Any solution. Physiotherapy also not works. 10 days physiotherapy taken.

Hi team As I jumped from a wall before 2 weeks I was feeling that femur is moving out of place one of my doctor suggested to wear the plaster and I removed it now. Now I'm able to walk but i can flex my leg 90% . Not much instability and muscle above knee is not allowing me to flex complete suggest me wat is the issue and treatment

I have been suffering from knee pain for almost 8 years .And started seeing Dr from 2019.knee pain on both knees.pain occurs alternatively on both knees.tried different medicines didn't work.Knee pain exists for almost a week and then goes. Then repeats every month since dec. Before that knee pain occured once in a while..now it started affecting my life badly..I can't climb stairs. Lift weight and walk..i can't even raise my legs Different Dr diagnosis different things Xray showed chodromalacia patela and a bengin growth on tibia

She is suffering from Lumbar Spondilitis L5-S1 with Radiclutis . She feels that her legs don't have any energy ( weakness) . Pain starts from hip to legs . Numbness in legs . Had physiotherapy for 1 month. Exercises were thermal warming, Electric frequency ,and Lumbar Traction machines. Currently she is having numbness , weakness in legs and nerves on foot looks swollen . We are not able to understand -: 1. What exercise ( self) . 2. what excercise should be taken at physiotherapy centre........AS EVERY CENTRE TELLS NEW STORY . 3.What medicines should be given. 4.Is Neurobin injection and steroid injection IS  right. It will be great if a bifurcated answer is provided . Reports and Medicine attached.

Since 2 years I have severe knee pain while going up n down stairs. Freely I can't move my knees.but no pain while walking

Hello Doctor, Since 2019 I am suffering from slipdisc problem but due lack of facilities in orissa town couldn't get treated. Now in 2023 again done MRI showing L2-3 ... suffering from severe pain in lower pain,spams can't sit for longer hours. Also done VITAMIN D BLOOD TEST showing insufficient...on medication VITAMIN D3 tablets,Calcium tablets but how to get rid of this severe pain. Seek help

I experience pain in hand and arm which chopping or writing or typing. My upper back shoulders and arm is paining.

Right leg severe pain at times near culf , right side of culf & below at few spots for last 6 days. Pain while walking and standing for 5/6 minutes. Too painful to walk now (I am a regular walker for 30 mts daily). Pain at rest also but not much. Xray report of 9 month back says: Early periarticular osteophyres are seen with associated mildly reduced medical tibiofemoral changes. However, I dont feel pain at knee and used to walk normally till a week back. Cold compress at pain area gives good temporary relief from pain. No noticable swelling at pain area. Pain spot changes sometimes to below culf towards ankle. I do simple knee exercise for 5/10 minutes daily for last several years.. Sometimes I feel there could be Vit D deficiency, could be muscle cramps... Thought of taking pain killer. But I hate self medication. Pls suggest medicines.

How much time left to close growth plate it is the xray of my left hand can i increase height now growth plates are ooe if yes for how much time

I am having pain near top portion of left heel since 3 weeks . It is mild pain but it started after wearing a badly fitted flat slipper. Now there seems to be bit swelling near the left inner ankle. Picture attached.
