I went to gym for 3 months. I had a heavy workout in threadmill. Once I stopped gym I faced a heavy pain in my left hip, knee and ankle bone. After a month I visited orthopedic doctor. He said my Synovial fluid got reduced and he prescribed aceclofenac tablet for 15days.He suggested me not to sit on the floor and should not fold your legs. My BMI is normal.
My questions
1.Once if synovial fluid is reduced whether the body can produce it again or not?
2.Can I increase my synovial fluid naturally?
3.what is the use of the tablet and side effects?
4.Can I go to gym again?

Usually, it is continuously produced in the joints. Sometimes, due to heavy exercises, it may cause local inflammation in the joint surfaces causing rubbing of cartilage part of the joint against each other.
Your body will reproduce the synovial fluid and the joints will normalize once the inflammation subsides. Nothing to worry.
If you feel the problem is persistent for a long time, you can take certain supplements which help in maintaining the cartilage strength and thus improve the joint quality.
Medicines are usually neutrceuticals. They won't cause any side effects.
You can go back to the gym once the symptoms settle down. Just take care not to over exercise, start the exercises and increase gradually over the days.
Next Steps
Start hot fomentation, take analgesic medicine if needed.
