Excess synovial fluid around knee
Visited multiple physicians so far and no two doctors said the same treatment.. That was really concerning Doc-1: said it needs to be operated to remove the excess fluid and some minor particles (based on MRI) Doc-2: suggested for Physio but the pain increased after 5 days of physio Doc-3: recommended PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections around knee Doc-4: tried acupuncture. Pain subsidies for a week then back to normal Doc-5: recommended to clean the knee with injections and glucose/sterile water. Question, is is there a treatment for excessive synovial fluid?

Initially, a steroid injection with aspiration should help. If recurs, and is already occured multiple times, then he may need arthroscopic synovectomy along with biopsy. But this is just a suggestion based on your complaint. Final action depends on blood tests and local knee condition.
Next Steps
Get a ESR, CRP, CBC  Uric Acid and RA Factor tested.
