As per the MRI report provided, you need to be assessed regarding the grade of your ACL injury. The meniscal injury is also a cause for concern. If there is any instability while walking or difficulty in bending the knee through its full range, you need to get examined by a doctor. All the while you need to work on the strength of your thigh muscles.
