Knee ligament problem
I'm a 23 year old guy!! I was having knee ligament issue! yesterday my knee got twisted from my stairs!!
I couldn't stretch my knee till now!! it's paining when I tried to stretch! i did some basic treatment last night!! still it's the same

Since there is difficulty in stretching the best way is to get a knee mri and to rule out maniacal tear die to injury
