Right ankle ligament tear with hemotoma
Hi...my self saloni , im suffering from injury in my right ankles ligament tear with hemotoma. It been 5 month but my swelling was nhi cure I'm following all the procedure give my doctor (Price) treatment but swelling was still their my up down movement of ankle is only 70% working. I just want to know how much time it take to heal ligament.
And what I do ?? Should I do icing regularly or not ??
