Minimal synovial effusion on right knee
Grade I intrameniscal signal intensity noted in the body of  lateral meniscus...i have serving pain on right knee or leg from last 3 months

If there is persisting pain or locking, then you should opt.for arthroscopy as the lesion is already 3 month old. If it had to heal it would have healed by now.
