Suffering from planter fasciitis and consulted a doctor for that he suggested me medicines for a month and hot water fomentation with some calf exercises . The medicines are :- Neurotuf , goldcal ap , synertab, deflomed 6 , ornim p , rabemac 20 , PB 60k I wanna ask that am taking these medicines on regular basis so it doesn't have any side effects ?

As mentioned my mom is facing leg pain, her bones are so weak, planning to buy her a massager for pain relief. Which type of massager will be helpful? Vibration massager or air compression massager?

I got my wrist twisted in a hand fight  7 days ago. There was no swelling or pain at that time. After 1-2 days i started feeling sensation &  numbness in my wrist area & bit of pain in wrist and hand. I consulted a doctor he said it might be soft tissue related problem & prescribed pain killer & spray. It's been 3 days now & uneasyness has increased. I got done my x-ray today. I have attached it here too. Is everything okay or there is some fracture? What should i do now ?

I had my peroneal tendon tear in right foot and had surgery for the same 3 months ago. But today while walking I got disbalanced and nearly twisted my ankle..but by god's grace I was able to balance and nothing happened. II am not having any pain or bruising.
