Whenever i start walking on daily basis..whenever i want to set my routine. After a day or 2 my left leg calf n feet start to pain. Which force me to stop my routine. What to do. I just feel the pain when i start brisk walk. Otherwise ok. What to do?? What is the problem?

Since a week I feel very difficult to walk and I feel severe pain in my leg even if I walk for very less distance. I mostly get pain from knee to foot which is unbearable. I'm really worried as it is affecting my routine life. I was suffering from health anxiety post lockdown and still facing some day to day anxiety symptoms.

Hello Sir/Mam, my mother had a wrist fracture and did K Wire Surgery. After 1 month, K Wire removal was done. During the removal of K Wire from my Mother's wrist, it was really painful for her, but doctor said it's not painful. But after this entire process was done and coming back home she is experiencing pain while lifting lightly her hand. Doctor suggested painkiller for 10 days. Morning it's still paining. How many days this pain will be there? It's really frustrating for my mother for experiencing this pain. What to do?

Hi Dr, I tested my vitamin D test and got to know my ALP level is 1522 U/L. Please suggest is that anything serious issues can be possible? I have bones pain also and my teeth also soo week. Vitamin D is very low.
