Related to tendon surgery
I had my peroneal tendon tear in right foot and had surgery for the same 3 months ago. But today while walking I got disbalanced and nearly twisted my ankle..but by god's grace I was able to balance and nothing happened. II am not having any pain or bruising. I just wanted to know what are the major symptoms that I should keep a note whenever such things occur which indicate any sort of complications

Was it Peroneus Longus or Peroneal brevis tear ? Peroneal Longus helps in Eversion and 1st metatarsal plantar flexion, Peroneal brevis helps in External rotation and Eversion. So, avoiding particular movement can help you. Thank you.
