Wrist & hand related problem
I got my wrist twisted in a hand fight  7 days ago. There was no swelling or pain at that time. After 1-2 days i started feeling sensation &  numbness in my wrist area & bit of pain in wrist and hand. I consulted a doctor he said it might be soft tissue related problem & prescribed pain killer & spray. It's been 3 days now & uneasyness has increased. I got done my x-ray today. I have attached it here too. Is everything okay or there is some fracture? What should i do now ?

No fracture. You need clinical examination. Some times soft tissue swelling can compress nerve and cause numbness.
