Backpain from more than a week
It's been more than a week now I'm having continuous backpain. I'm using cipla Omnigel spray to reduce the pain. I'm not able to figure out the cause of this pain. Wether it's due to lack of sleep or continuously sitting in a same position or what else can be the reason

   It's not much related to lack of sleep. Can be due to prolonged sitting, prolonged travelling or lifting heavy weight or any sternous work

Would like to know a few more details: Any history of lifting heavy weights? Do you have a job with long sitting hours or working on a computer? Pain is limited to back region or there's pain/stretch/numbness/tingling sensation in lower limbs or hip region?

The pain might occur due to soft tissue strain in lower back muscles..

You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic  ointment locally for pain relief.
