Backpain a week prior my periods
Since 2 months I get extreme backpain a week before my periods.on the Back of the lungs and it descends a little downwards everyday till i get periods and on the first day of periods i get unbearable pain in my abdomen and backpain continues until i vomit on he first. I work 9-5 job...sitting most of the time in AC.

Your back pain is actually the uterine cramp pain which is just radiating to your back. It’s not related to your back per se.
You may use an antispasmodic if the pain is unbearable during periods.
