All these changes on MRI scan show wear and tear. There is nothing serious to worry about. If you are having back pain, then there is no spinal surgery which will relieve your pain, as the changes are something which cannot be altered by surgery. If you haven't seen an Orthopaedic Spinal surgeon, then please do see one. You will need proper pain management, correct exercises, directed physiotherapy and yoga sessions. All of these will help improve your symptoms and bring it under control. Surgery is not the solution for you. Hope this helps.
