L4 L5 disc Facetal arthrosis
Hi, Have consistent pain at my left sidelower back. Mostly am not able to sit more than 30mnts.  Please find and advise on below the findings from MRI L4-L5 disc: Grade II disc degenerative findings. Schmorl’s node at inferior end plate of L4. Mild posterior disc bulge seen causing anterior thecal sac indentation. Ligamentum flavum normal. Left mild facetal arthrosis. No spinal canal narrowing. No lateral recess narrowing. No neural foraminal narrowing. Conservatively it can be managed? Please advise.

at your age and based on mri report, you shud consult for a comprehencive treatment plan which would include, life style modifications, physiotherapy and nerve block injections. at this point no surgery is needed.
