As per the MRI reports there is disc material in the canal. That will need removal if there is impingement of neural tissue. Will need consultation.

A history and examination is needed Is it only low back ache or is it radiating to either or both lower limbs? Is it associated with weakness? Any pain on walking short distances? Duration? How is it affecting your daily activities?

based on these findings either conservative ; nerve root blocks with physiotherapy might be enough or if too severe surgery : Discectomy (disc removal) with decompression might be needed

Avoid lifting heavy weights bending forwards for long time
