Hello Sir/Mam, I am getting Crunch Sound in my right knee only while climbing stairs at home. There is no pain but still I am tensed about why the sound is coming from my right knee. It's been more than a week and still this crunch sound is coming while climbing stairs. There is no sound in my right knee while walking and walking downstairs. Due to this issue I am not running or jumping. I do cycling everyday at home and some pushups and dumbbells. Please I need your guidance on this thing 🙏 Thanks

Hi I experience pain in upper right shoulder region that tends to go all the way down to my right arm. This especially happens after I have worked - like cutting vegetables & cooking. I relax the muscle a bit by taking break, but it recurs a little later when I start office work. My recent reports suggested insufficient vit d & vit B12 and started having neurobion forte & uprise 60k since 2.5 weeks. Please advise if there's anything else I need to watch out for. Thanks

When I walk, i experience sharp pain in my toe of the right leg. But when I touch it with my fingers and even press it..there is no pain or injury.
