Elbow pain
I am getting severe elbow pain now and then. It goes from the elbow to the shoulder and to the ring finger. What should I do?

Hi It could be due to multiple of reasons…. Could be muscle/nerve related pain

You need to visit an orthopaedic surgeon for complete elbow examination. It may be Tennis Elbow. Do ice packs as of now. And take basic painkillers like pyrigesic. Apply a pain relief spray or gel meanwhile. Avoid weight lifting and desk jobs.

You are unable to pen down your pain pattern like frequency , intermittent or continuous. type of pain dull or shooting, is there any Neck pain, is there heavy ness in Rt forearm? Like these so many question needs to be taken in to consideration followed by your clinical examination.In this case you need to visit Orthopaedic surgeon who can examine and advise you accordingly.
