Hi my weight 74 my age 25 yrs I have a buttock pain since 5 days while sitting long getting more pain from buttock bone to legs some backpain how many days it took to cure any medication I need to use or need to consult the doctor or it cure by its own ?

If i do endoscopic or microscopic spine surgery in how many days can i join office and can travel by train to office...please let me know

Hi doctor, my Uncle has been suffering from back pain for a long time . Recently after a doctor's advice he went for MRI of Lumbo Sacral Spine. The report impression is that the MRI of L-S spine (P+C) suggests degenerative disc disease affecting 13-14 to L5-S1 levels with a pressure effect over bilateral exiting nerve roots. Could you please tell me what the impression actually means ? Can that be cured via medicine or surgery is needed only ? I am very tensed please tell me if that is something serious!!

What is spinal stenosis and neck stenosis? I Took mri of lumbar spine and neck . i have L5S1  lumbar stenosis with 0.88 Ap cms .so doctor said it's common and minor issue.so what should I do ? It's curable or not. My symptoms is numbness of legs and weakness of legs and back pain.

This is a 12 days old fracture post reduction XRay taken on follow up of left wrist colles fracture. Does it require surgery?

Shoulder pain due to a sudden jerk in RT hand having so much pain from last 6 months,  taking medicine from last some months some improvement for sometime but after that pain same as before, needs your kind advice .

2 days back i bend to fold my clothes but as i straightened i had severe pain in my back and hips . It was quite severe and i couldnot move for some time . Though it us better now but still the pain is there specially on certain position more on sitting . Few months back i had x ray spine which showed degenerative changes in lumbo sacral region with marginal osteophytes . Dull pain has been there which becomes better with physiotherapy . But now this pain is more than a dull pain . What should i take . Will physiotherapy help . Not able to go for mri . Hv severe claustrophobia and it results into bad snxirty and palpitations Please afvice

I had a surgery approx 1.5 months back in my right foot for peroneal bervis tendon rupture. I had cast for approx 5 weeks and now wearing braces. I have started walking a bit but since yesterday evening sometime I have mild pain near my surgery area and around it. Is it because I have started movement or something serious.
