Recently discovered osteoporosis having severe pain in the legs and thighs. Taking CCM, gemtide injections everyday, JCQ plus tablets. Taking TRD TABLET FOR PAIN. Can you suggest how to get rid of pain without taking pain killer. Can I do weight lifting exercise. Caution I had undergone open heart surgery 4 years ago.
