How do we know ribs  fracture and cracked bone or bruise has returned original strength, if we press the bone hard and there is no pain and no tenderness is this enough?

Pain in left foot and it getting worst on morning and becomes the whole leg tired and pain. Its even so bad and unable to walk properly. Sometimes feel of heat on foot.

How long blunt injury in chest take to heal.I got hit from sharp table three months ago .Even after three months area is tender.There is some swelling on top of ribs maybe posterium injury or Bruised rib or intercostal Muscles injury or nerve injury.X Ray is totally normal and there is no crack visible.Blood clot faded to light brown after one month. Will it take six months to heal ? I am taking homeopathic treatment and breathing excercise but every now and than that injury start paining like sting or some itching or something.One doctor said we can do CT Scan but in afraid of those harmful rays I didn't took.The Bruise now is little bit light brown and hardly visible.

I have pain in right leg middle finger since 4/5 days. Some swelling is there. Continue its paining. All blood test before 1 month. Need to repeat? hot fomentation also tried but no relief. What's the reason of pain? Thanks in advance
