B12 and D3 deficiency
Doctor gave me neuratrin forte for b12 deficiency. I took 1 tablet but I m not feeling well after taking this. Feeling dizziness. Uncomfortable. it contains alpha lipoic acid. Does it harmful for memory ? I read in google it is for memory decease. I dont have problem related to memory. It is also use for diabetes. But I dont have diabetes.

You can try taking plain methycobal tablet for vit b12 supplementation.
However in terms of effectiveness injection is better followed by nasal spray
