Vitamin D3 deficiency
I have pain in shoulder and in all the joints and muscles. Got my test done today its shows deficiency of vitamin D3. My vitamin D3 is just 7.19 and ionized calcium is also low. B12 is almost near to lower normal range it's 219. Magnesium is okay. Please suggest what should I do?

Your shoulder pain may not be related to vitamin deficiency. You need to take Vitamin D3 supplements under doctors supervision.
