I had pain in my back 1 month ago doctor advised me to get my vitamins level checked. So my vitamins level was low. I had taken all the medication and then went to lab to see what is the status now. So, reports concluded that now my vitamin d is 67.4ng/ml and b12 is 504 pg/ml which is good now as per doctor . But still i am having calves pain , arms pain and back pain . I am feeling very less energetic .. please help

You need to improve your general fitness. Just taking the medication isn't sufficient.
Get into some form of fitness activity and do regular exercise and streches for whole body.
