Vitamin D absorption are better with vitamin capsules
You can take 60,000 units capsule one a week for 8 weeks. It is the treatment dose
Then you can take maintainance dose of 60000 units once a month for 1 year
Along with it sunlight exposure will help
If you have already bought vit d granules, better to take it along with milk
