Help regarding meniscus ligament tear.
I have been struggling with meniscus tear since 2020. I went to famous doc in march 2022 and seeing my MRi , he suggested surgery not required physiotherapy will work and asked me to come back after 3 months. I was feeling bit ok with exe. & later on with work pressure i didnot go. Its been 1.5 years . I recently took MRI as i started feel bit discomfort ( no pain). The discomfort comes &  goes.  I used to do knee exe. not so regularly but now im doing. And also I found there is not much difference between MRI i took in march 2022 to MRi i took in oct 2023. I found only the following one addition ie. Chondromalacia grade 2 & early patellar tendopathy. The old impressions were chronic partial tear of acl and peripheral tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus.   Now based on this do i have to go for surgery or physiotherapy can cure me?For ref.im 6 feet tall , underweight and do take precautions like avoiding staircase , wearing knee straps and physiotherapy for 5-10 minutes. Plz help.

Looking at your MRI it would be advisable to go for PRP (platelet rich plasma) injection which is like a regenerative treatment. It would be better to consult once as its imp to assess physically
Next Steps
